Why yellow vest protests in France will eventually spread worldwide

Many people blame the government for everything
I blame them for next to nothing.
"ARE YOU CRAZY!?!?" you might say... And if I didn't know what I'm about to tell you, I would have said the same thing.
I pin 95% the blame on the people.
Afterall, who hires their rulers??
It's definitely not a ghost. No monsters under your bed. Not the wind. Just like pencils don't write words, and spoons don't make people fat...
It's the people who are the cause of their own problems.
And as society grew over the years, the people got stupid and lazy from too much decadence.
Ignorance became the norm, and stupidity / self destruction became popular.
From that, society progressively gets worse every generation
When's the last time you read a book?
How long can you go without your phone?
Do you know the 10 amendments in the US Constitution's Bill Of Rights?? And more importantly, why they matter??
Have you ever seen the results of Socialism, and why it should never be implemented??
For ignorance and lack of knowledge, people are destroyed.
When I see the people of the world (not just in the US) suffer the problems they have, my usual thought is to LOOK IN THE MIRROR. Take a real good, long look in the mirror to reveal your hypocrisies. This is pretty easy to do too. Just start with things that piss you off, and then look in the mirror:
- "Am I fat because I refuse to put effort into myself, or do I just keep making excuses??"... Pro tip: see this super fat guy who lost weight once he stopped making excuses.
- "Do I tell everyone that they have to be taxed more, and to give more of their money to charities, food banks, etc, but I hide my money / wallet everytime I see a dirty homeless person begging on the street, while thinking that the government should do something about it, instead of helping them myself??". Pro tip: see Alexandria Occasio Cortez's hypocrisy.
- "Am I wrong to force my kids to pay off a national debt for things they never bought, and debts they never incurred?? If they never bought into it, why should they be forced to pay it??"
- "Do I condemn others for doing wrong things, when I've done that same thing 100's of times??"
How to make society better, and liveable, without problems, wars, etc:
I hate religion, but you have to give credit where it's due. Look at Jesus. He had a lot of good examples of calling people out on their bullshit, especially the politicians in his day. Matt 7:3-5 is a good example: "And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own? How can you think of saying to your friend, "Let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye," when you can’t see past the log in your own eye? Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend’s eye."
Sounds like good advice to me.
So anytime someone tells me the government is the problem:
I say the people are.
Who voted for them?? Who cheered them on while they taxed people more and more?? Who shut their eyes and closed their ears while they robbed others of their rights?? (ever heard of ObamaCare? Or the income tax?? Or social security and the national debt they're trying to force my generation to pay for??)... Who did nothing while they did civil asset forfeitures on innocent people?? Who refused to donate to the homeless guy on the street, while telling everyone else they have to be taxed more?? And so on....
It's the people that suck, and they get the rulers they deserve. So if anyone ever wants the world to become a better place: They need to look in the mirror and improve themselves. Not shame everyone else into how they can better serve you by enslaving everyone else more.
When you have this moral decay of society where everyone is a giant hypocrite: bad is good, good is bad, and everything is reversed... After you hired all the politicians to virtue signal everyone how they have to give up more of their freedom and wealth in exchange for groupthink feeling good about yourself... Then you will be at the situation France is in, where the government is inviting in a bunch of illegals, while forcing the French people to pay for the illegals to live there. And to pay for it they raise the taxes everywhere they can, and cheapen the citizens quality of life.
Much of the world is here right now, at least in 1st world countries. That's why it's eventually going to spread. It might not be the level France is at right now, but it will when the people get a taste of their own crap.
Just remember who voted themselves into slavery.
